    BBQ’n Fools Catering, LLC,  uses a variety of carriers that provide the best service for our various shipping options. Available tracking information can be found in your order summaries. Some United States Postal Service don’t have a tracking method please keep that in mind when wanting tracking services.

    About Undeliverable Packages

    Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, BBQ’n Fools will do as much as they can for errors done by our company.

    Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

    If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact BBQ’n Fools Customer Service at Info@bbqnfools.com

    There are many reasons that a package may be returned to us as undeliverable.

    Item is too big for a P.O. Box.

    Some items are too big to ship to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a street address. Please keep this in mind when you place your shipping address.

    Incorrect Address.

    If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.

    Carrier Does Not Deliver to the Address.
    The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to some addresses. If you also have a PO Box address, it's best to use that address for your BBQ’n Fools orders. All orders with "PO BOX" in the address are very likely to be shipped via U.S. Mail.

    Restricted by the Department of State.
    Many items can be shipped to DOS addresses, however, some cannot and will be returned as a result. For a full list of shipping restrictions at a specific DOS address, please contact the DOS facilities staff at that location or review the DOS restrictions beginning on page 26 here: http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/88704.pdf

    Address Format.
    If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that such packages are routed through the proper carriers, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number. Also, if you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number, instead use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service..

    Failed Delivery Attempts.
    Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $1300 of merchandise will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.

    Damaged During Transit.
    If a package is damaged on its way to you, the shipper may return it to us without attempting delivery.

    Refused by Recipient.
    If a recipient is not expecting a package, they may refuse it if they believe it was sent to them in error.

    BBQ’n Fools Catering, LLC, and many sellers on-line, offer returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. You can use this page to learn about our returns policies. Most items sold on our website follow our general returns policy.

    Requirements for a Full Refund

    • An Error on the part of BBQ’n Fools or approval from Grant Ford.
    • Items must be in original purchased condition
    • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories as shipped
    • Customer pays for return shipping if not approved by Grant Ford (must us trackable shipping service.
    Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we are not responsible for your return or refund.
